Assignment: The deliverables for this project were to design a logo, menu, and brand slide deck. Each student had to design their own version of a logo for the culinary team and the culinary team would choose their favorite.

Design Solution: My logo was chosen by the culinary team and it was my responsibility to design the menu for them as well. Just like my logo, I wanted to give the Irish feel to them menu. By achieving the Irish look I was going for, I incorporated the colors in the Irish flag along the edges of the menu and used a white background. I decided to put the wooden pattern in front of the white background that was used in the logo to fill up the negative space. With the typography, I differentiated each section with type size, line-weight, and color.
