Assignment: Design an HIV Timeline that would be presented on World AIDS day which is December 1st.

Design Solution: This project was one that I feel could show my illustration skills and I did just that. Upon reading the previous timeline given to me, I’ve decided to illustrate part of the timeline that caught my attention. After initially completing the timeline, I felt that there was still something missing. I decided to add color to the background to give it a more complete look. I conducted research on what colors were popular during each decade on the timeline and found a website that offered color pallets pertaining to each decade and used them. The color added to the background provided color that can catch the attention of the audience and want to actually read the timeline.
